School–Home Compact 2025–2026
What is a School-Home Compact?
The School–Home Compact for Success is an agreement that families, students, and teachers develop together. It explains how families and teachers will work together to make sure all students reach or exceed grade-level standards.
Effective Compacts Should…
- Connect goals with the school’s improvement plan
- Focus on skills that students need for success
- Describe how teachers plan to provide high-quality instruction to help your child succeed
- Share strategies families can use at home to help their child
- Explain how teachers plan to communicate students’ academic progress
Building Partnerships
R.E.A.C.H.
R.E.A.C.H. hosts free family events throughout the year. These events empower families by sharing ways they can support their child in reading, writing, and math while also providing fun, engaging activities for families to experience together. What a great opportunity to share the evening with your child’s teacher, classmates, and other parents.
